I try to keep chemicals out of the products we use on B. He has enough hazardous materials coming out of his butt he doesn't need us slathering him up with them too! I bought Burt's Bees Diaper Ointment because it was a company that I trusted. I was very impressed with how quickly we saw results. There was one time that B was teething and had a really bad rash. We let him run around naked a lot (which resulted in several puddles on the floor and one poopy footprints across the carpet incident) but when we couldn't we would use the diaper paste on him and it would be remarkably better within a few hours. My only issue with this product was that it did tend to smell very 'chemically'.

I am very happy with this rating compared to what we first used (Aveeno Diaper Cream) which rates a 4.
The product was expensive ($12.99) but it has lasted us for almost a year now so a little does go a long way. Completely worth the cost in my books.
