The newest wind farm in Canada opened last month. It is located in Ontario and will help the government to stop relying on the coal fire power plants to generate electricity. This development has 133 wind turbines and will provide enough power for 70,000 homes (obviously not houses like my neighbour...holy cow TURN OFF YOUR LIGHTS AT NIGHT).
Having seen alot of wind farms in Europe it is nice to see that they are popping up here more often. What would be interesting is if there was a way to buy your power directly from the wind farm rather than having to get it through a 3rd party company like Bulfrog Power.

Oh and wind farms will always remind me of the movie Mac and Me.
